Plus the safety of your operation

Enhance more, for less

Total injection rate control
The optimal amount of chemicals is injected into the optimal location in the well, protecting the well formation and optimizing production. No wasted chemicals.

No guesswork
With One Source technology, you can deliver chemicals to locations in vertical and horizontal wells that are unreachable with other delivery methods. What was once guesswork now becomes an exact science.

Pinpoint accuracy
Both the nozzle and the pressure-control valve are patented and highly effective. Chemicals are delivered at the right pressure, down hole lifting fluids and protecting tubular goods from the bottom up.

Enables natural flow rate
The pressure control valve facilitates the injection of chemicals at a recommended pressure of no less than 300 PSI above BHP, resulting in improved performance of chemicals. Plus, the chemicals shear with gas and water with greater efficiency, lowering the pressurized head and allowing the well to flow utilizing ints own BHP and flow rate.

Lower lease operating expenses
Fluids are effectively unloaded using the wellbore's own flow rate when using foamers. You achieve lower lease operating expenses, and will benefit with a stabilized well with constant, predictable flow rates. Nalco One Source provides superior corrosion protection, eliminating the need for costly work-over to repair damaged tubulars. Chemical efficiency is also optimized, reducing the amount required.

Uncontaminated pay zone
Chemical agents are injected into the end of the tubing. The pay zone remains uncontaminated, as chemicals mix with fluid and gas as it enters the tubing.

Flexible cap tube location
Nalco One Source capillary tubing can be run either inside or outside the production tube. External implementation provides unlimited access to the inner diameter for through-tubing operations.

Customized solutions
One Source solutions are customized for every well, and reflect the unique needs of each job. System planning utilizes well-specific data and well completion design criteria.
