At the wellhead
Nalco One Source offers several different styles of chemical pumps. Pneumatic actuated, AC powered and the most popular Solar powered. We also offer a wide variety of tanks, any size shape or composition is available.
Capillary tubing
One Source capillary tubing is engineered using unique metallurgy for long, maintenance-free life. It can run outside or inside the production tubing. The minimum grade tubing that we utilize is 2205 duplex. We offer two different OD's of tubing, 1/4" and 3/8". We also utilize several different grades of tubing: 625, 825, Super duplex and many others.

Injection Nozzle
The One Source nozzle design is patented, and completely unique in how it ensures precision chemical injection downhole. Chemicals are injected exactly at the source of water and gas entry into production tubing…especially critical in horizontal well applications.
